Since the dawn of of the original airpods, this has lead apple to create a new airpod each year (much like their iphones) to due its recent boom. Airpods are a quality wireless earphones

Ahhhh gen 1 airpods. The very first wireless earphones made by apple. I remember when i first got these, they were so useful because i hated using wired earphones they would always get tangled. In the beginning, people were skeptical of this product as they thought that it was easy to lose and not worth the $200. Boy they were dead wrong. Somehow people changed their minds and bought a ton of these. The airpods alone gave apple 1.76 billion dollars in revenue, clearly indicating it was a massive hit for the year. They came with a charging case which could charge the pods and had lasted 24 hours before it died. The airpods came with a few built in functions such as volume being adjusted through “hey siri” or double tap both sides of any airpod to change songs, videos, podcasts and literally anything the produces a sound.

A year later, apple discovered that their magnificient wireless creation deserved an upgrade and decided to create the aipods generation 2. In my opinion i would rather call this the aipods “1.5” as it is not a improvement compared to the original model. One of the small included upgrades is the improved sound quality (very similiar to original and is confirmed by apple), faster connectivity and battery life. In addition, if you had more money in your pocket, you can pay an extra $100 to get an wireless charging case. But yeah, this looks like, feels like, behaves like the original model and honestly if you’ve had the originals u didnt have to upgrade. But you know apple consumers they just buy it anyway.

Now when this came out this was a shocker to the apple community. This is because despite the increased price, it brought it various essentials that the airpods should have had. The two major features that included was the noise transparency, noise cancellation that fans have been waiting for. It also came with the minor improvments better battery life, connectivity to devices and sound quality compared to the airpods gen 2. Since the original was not a one size for all, They added ear tip sizes, so for people that could’nt use the previous airpods now they can. Overall there is not much to, at the time this was a must buy for all for all pervious airpod owners.

Okay so when this was announced, this was the most controversial airpod product to this date. The reason why, was because it was $500 more expensive than the air pod pros which were already expensive at the time. So this really didnt convince many people until they watched the hundreds of unboxing and first impression videos about the airpod max. But overall, it is a really great product as it is a air pod pro but on steroids. The biggest differences is the volume is louder, crisp sound quality, its over ear instead of in ear and has a 4 times longer battery on one charge. . Its a shocker to believe that apple users will be anything apple delivers even if it is a conspiracy.

There was some reasonable hype for the arrival for 2021’s new airpod. The model was viewed as the middle ground between the airpod gen 2 and the airpod pro (especially price-wise). It took features from both models and implemented it. Meaning that this time it kept the pro’s magsafe case however, it lacked in the transparency mode and the active noise cancelling setting. However, there is a diffrence with the sound quality to which, it is better than the gen 2’s but, it is not even close to the air pods pro sound quality.

The airpods of 2022 has a lot of value with strong improvements in comparison to the original pros. First of all, the design of the current pros and the previous are nearly identical with same shape with slight minorities such as, added speakers into the case to alert users about charging status. That is the only difference. The addition of the new H2 chip really makes a difference to the audio quality such as its makes the sound quality more crisp and clear compared to the other generations. Also, the sound transparency is improved to the point where if you hear a ambulance incoming, the ambulance’s sound would be reduced. But overall this product is worth improving from the previous models as its better in every single way.
